The timeless stately West Beach Conference Center, designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, will be located just inside the main entry gate to Kiawah Island and in close proximity to the resort’s award-winning accommodations, dining, golf, and recreation.

A resort fee of 9% per villa per day will apply. The resort fee includes:
- on-demand, on-island transportation to all resort owned venues
- 800 number and local phone calls, credit card access calls
- in-room coffee
Rates are subject to 7% SC State Tax and 6% local taxes. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults per bedroom. Children under the age of 18, when accompanied by an adult and staying in the same room, are free of charge.
Upon arrival to the resort, guests are welcomed at the 6,880-SF West Beach Villa Check-in. Approximately 1,280 SF of reception and lobby space is devoted to rental-property check-in, while the remainder serves as offices for KIGR employees, offering easy accessibility to guests upon arrival.
